The Parc Logístic de la Zona Franca offers the main services needed for the smooth running of the park.

It provides full maintenance at two levels:

• Basic: maintenance of common areas and selective waste collection.
• Advanced: personalised waste collection and maintenance of certain installations in the warehouses.

The telecoms service is also broken down into two levels:

• Basic: fittings for telecommunications.
• Advanced: advanced telecoms services.

Security includes control of accesses, a perimeter fence, CCTV and Civil Guard (police) patrols.

The facilities area of the park contains:

• Office buildings
• Various different restaurants (Zepi I, Zepi II, La Coma)
• A branch of the ”la Caixa” savings bank
• Post-box
• Phone boot
• Extensive parking areas for light vehicles

The park can also be reached by various kinds of public transport:

• Bus line 23 from Plaça Espanya, where there is a connection with underground lines 1 and 3.
• Bus line 110 from Avinguda Carrilet, where there is a connection with underground line 1.
• Underground line 9, currently being built. The station "Parc Logístic" will have its exit in the centre of the Avinguda del Parc Logístic. This line will connect to each other the nerve centres of the Metropolitan Area, such as the Zona Franca, the airport, the new high-speed train station at Sagrera and the Fira de Barcelona.
• Underground line 2, which will be extended from the Paral·lel station to the Parc Logístic de la Zona Franca, where it will terminate. The aim of this extension is to connect rapidly and efficiently the centre of Barcelona, the two sites of the Fira de Barcelona and the Logistic Park with the rest of the underground network, and to provide access to the cultural, tourist and sports facilities on Montjuïc.
